Mail order show as pending after 2 weeks

My order shows as "pending" after two weeks. This means that either

1. The order was not received by Megalith's system
2. The order has been processed, but no tracking info is sent and no status change
3. The order was received but not processed (e.g. out of parts) and no status update sent

I am not sure if this is a systems error or not, but would like to know if the mail order is still working.

This way it should be easier for Mailorder-Martin to sort this out. The mailorder is working, and I fear there is a good chance that it is problem nr. 1 and your order did not reach Megalith.

Never mind, got the package by Deutche Post today. It was just an issue with:
1. order still showed as "pending"
2. expected DHL and tracking info, but sent with DP.

Minis are great and delivery time as well. Just fix the website and you are in great shape!

Well, the whole MG website and mailorder is getting a complete overhaul at the moment...
