Good Paintjob.
For the golden armour: try a lighter gold for
the highligths and a red wash for to depth.

First try it on another mini and if you like
it try it on the armour. did it with my lizzard men
at WHF.

Hi Lunyx,

thanks for the feedback. I didn´t want to achieve a bright gold tone. I was after a more bronze-like color. But I might try your tipp on some different models.

For a weathered look on bronze try a torquoise (türkis) wash or color.

Hi everyone,

just wanted to show you a quick WiP-picture of my Sanctuum Priestess. I´m sorry for the poor Lighting. Next time I´ll do better. Wink

I like the color scheme better than the one on the packaging because it has a better contrast. I find the white cloth against the light flesh a little weak, and I was planning to use really olive-Mediterranean skin color for my Oracle and PRietess, but changing the color of the cloth is also a really good idea.

I guess you will be highlighting it at some stage.

Hi David, hi Hairy,

yes, I´ll highlight the red clothes in the same way I did with my Demarchon. This is just the first layer. Two more will follow. I think the olive-mediterranean skin is also a nice idea. My skin colour is also a little darker than most of my other Non-Halodynes miniatures.
Hairy, feel free to steel the idea. Would be an honor. Wink

These are really good, you really have done the models proud.
How close to having the full warband complete?
If its not done let me know when it is as i want to show this off on the Hairy Painter blog because more poeple need to see this army.

Also a quick question, what colour did you use to shade the red cloth?

Hairy
