Hello.

@ Khal:
The temple is just "postponed". It will be on the 4th board of this gaming board series (the truth: I ran into some Problems with the temple. I tried to somehow create these "pictures" which you see normally at the front and back side under the roof. So far none of my experiments were acceptable for me...
And I don't wan't to ruin my temple just because a certain detail looks bad. Smile
Expect the (hopefully) finished temple after my vacation in August / September.

Back to Topic:

The first 2 panels of the gaming board are now finished:

Here you see some stuff which I prepare right now for Freebooter's Fate. There should be a small village (with native huts for the beginning), some center pieces (like the stranded ship in the right side of the picture), walkways, jungle trails, and so on.
Also some step hills will be added later to create some hight differernces.

One secondary project is to crate a palisade around the village.
For that palisade I collected some real wooden sticks and will form them in a real circular way (8 pieces, if you remoce one you will have a natural entrance. 2 "gates" will also be made).

I use these real wood sticks because this is a way how palisades were made in iron age. People in this time used the material which was "at hand".

So, that's it for quite some time.
Vacation is over, I have to do real "work" again. Smile
Also, I have to paint some minis because some evil empire game nerds declared war on us!

Wow, looks great, maybe you can add some little seashells or little crab figures on the beach, I know freebooter makes them.
